iss security have attacked a second person, the informaion has beens supported by evidence obtained through freedom of information.

as all are aware this matter of mine has been happening since 2006, and i have conatcted iss on a number of occaision now seeking the damages that they owe for there direct attacks on me personally in my employement,
a supporter who name has been removed for her protection contacted iss and informed them she supports my cause, what one person says 300 think,
mal responded with the following.

but iss did not stop there they made a complaint against hayley fabe in her new employment claiming she was poaching staff even though she was not in a position to hire of fire anyone,
now she is again being attacked this time by ADF who in a written commication share staff with ISS security.

A MAN who allegedly drove his car on to Brisbane airfield after crashing through a security barrier is undergoing psychiatric assessment.
The Australian Federal Police said the man would not face charges.
Australian Federal Police detained the man after he was found in his car near the Virgin Blue hangar just after 9:30 last night.
AFP and Queensland police officers questioned witnesses to the alleged security breach.
It is understood the man suffers from a medical condition and no charges have been laid. Airport operations were unaffected despite the security breach, she said. - with Alex Dickinson

Brisbane Airport fence breach raises concerns

Queensland Police Minister Judy Spence says state and federal authorities will speak to the Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) about a security breach last night.
Police say a 39-year-old man drove his car through a security gate and onto the tarmac.
He was questioned by Federal Police but was not charged.
He was taken to hospital for medical assessment.
Ms Spence says it is a cause for concern.
"So that obviously presents a serious security concern for the Brisbane Airport Corporation and just is quite frightening how simple something like that can occur," she said.

Commonweatlth Ombudsman denies knowledge

After I approached the Commonwealth Ombudsman with the knowledge that ISS Grievance Officer Niel Pitkin had complained to there office about the slow reaction the AFP was having in addressing such serious alligation, Demonstrating that Neil Pitkin was infact after my employment, The commonwealth Ombudsman out rightly new that a claim was made as i have a copy of there communications, but when responding to me i was informed in writing in particular that there was never a complaint lodged by ISS security or it representitives, the ombudsman supplied a letter that clearly shows a search of there data base which states ISS Security Pty Limited, the very same security company that has attacked my employment to the point i felt i could no longer represent the AFP after the AFP had made claims that i was of criminal Nature or intent, solely based on the claims made by ISS Security and its representitives.

instead of the AFP supporting its employees, the australian federal police thought it appropriate to offer ISS Security a deal to assist the security company to lift its credability in the security industry, after the damage that was caused when both hayley and myself refused to accept ISS Security was acting appropriatly as a security firm, I firmly believe and have the evidence ISS Security was not acting in good faith and this was demonstrated my the direct actions of ISS security management all the up the chain to Charles Blinkworth,

I went as far to advise the head office of ISS world but they again failed to act,
with little or no consideration to the safety of the general public here in Australia, and with little interest to put a stop to the tyrants who believe that the laws of Australia do not apply to them.

this transcipts demonstrates the fact Troy Aggett clearly states to the court that ISS Management was lying to the supreme court, statements under oath and in particular were nothing more than lies. General Manager Peter Beadle states, ISS Security has never been fined under any state or territory legislation, yet they were infact fined in the northen territory for using guards that were not licenced,

iss make a complaint to ADF against Hayely fabe for poaching

although Hayley was not in a position to hire of fire any one yet ISS security alledged she was poaching.

and here i thought ISS Security and ADF were competitors.

the free webs page was frozen, after a complaint that it was deflamatory, defimation only happens if you dont tell the truth,
this is an all facts web page and i am now making a hundred more to replace it.

iss world CEO charles Blinkworth knew what his lower management was doing and did nothing allowing the harassment to continue unchecked.

Management Quit list speaks the truth in itself,
General Manager Perter Beadle, Resigned after supplying an affidavis to the federal supreme Court in an effrot to gage Troy Aggett from speaking the truth. It is alledged Peter has a medical condition, If this is true, than all i can say is carma does exist, ex armed forces,,,,
Divisional manager, Gerard Nolan, allegded resigned, posibly moved sideways to a position at enogra army base, head of security, still sourcing facts.. Gerard has been very good at ducking out of the light even though he was one of the initial members who failed in there position.
Site manager Simon Haddlington, resigned fromm iss after recieveing a position with his very good mate Brett and ex Australian Federal Police PSO, guess where,,,,, The Department of Transport in the position to test Airport security,
Simon was the author of a formal written appology to Hayley in 2005 for harrassment, where he acknowledges he had a hit list and that hayley was on it. Simon was also good friends with Neil Pitkin,
The Office of Transport was notified of the type of bully Simon Haddlinton is but they have refused to take this matter into consideration seeing how he is in a position of percieved power, well at least now when he bullies some one if they read this they will know he is now a public official, and informing the press of his behaviour will be very benificial to addressing his unlawful actions.
Training manager Allan Dedarco, resigned after the Hayley worcomp investigation, applied for department of transport but is now working at a desk job in an unknown position, seeking the location of Allan is on the list of does,
Grievence Officer Neil Pitkin. ex forces, resigned January 7th 1 week prior to the Australian Federal Police investigation started, and 6 months befor the QIRC matter against Hayley was initiated,
neil not only acted in a conflict of interest but he also decided and refered the private investgator to spy on Hayley, he claims he did not know them, so how would he and why would he refer some one he can not vouch for,
he did know these people and he did give them verbal direction on what to do and find.

On 9th June 2006 ISS Security Grievance and risk manager Neil Pitkin recieved a stage one grievance against him from ISS employee Hayley Fabe.
Niel Pitkin was the then ISS SECURITY PTY LTD GRIENECE $ RISK MANAGER, Neil Pitkin previously worked with Diamond Investigations, Niel Pitkin resided aout 25 mins north of Brisbane, his tasks was to head hunt the lawful people so that the incompetence was covered up.
Neil had subjected Hayley by standing to one side and constantly watching her while talking to Simon Haddlington and Allan Dedarco,
If any one knows of Niel Pitkins new employer please blog this site and i will personally attend the new employers place of bussiness and protest against the one known as Neil Pitkin and force him to come out of is hidding and be accountable for his criminal actions even if the Australian federal Police wont prosocute him it does not mean he is innocent.

information supressed in the QIRC as Hayley appeared unrepresented and on mediication that distorted her ability to withstand the attacks from the trained professional lawyer hot guns that ISS employed to discredit the actions of Hayley.

Hayley lodged a second grievence against Cerry Short for workplace bullying. Cerrty short had issues with Hayley for a long time but as she was very good friends with Simon Haddlington and Allan Dedarco, she was assisted in every way to cover up her failings, ISS Management would never address the concerns around Cerry short,
Staff have made many references to the calls made by Cerry that demonstrate her inability as a trainer, this was further highlighted by the statement of Alla Dedarco where he states Cerry was a paraniod person. some one clearly fit for raining new people.
Cerry short was also seen to procure people to complain about Hayley and advise them to be careful around her as she will bully you.
Yet Cerry has been untouchable from the beginning.
Cerry short is an ex police officer so she claims, there are as we speak current invetigations looking into her claims,
why she chose to ditch a career in law enforcement to chase the most distinguished life style as a security guard is something to spike any persons interest.
Hayley lodged a third grievance against Lovia Muller, a person who admitted she had no idea of how to do her job, Yet protected again by ISS management..
some weeks sfter hayley had been removed Lovia asked the site supervisor Ben Powell if she could have assistance on the screen as she had no idea what she was looking at,
Lovia had been assisted and accredited by Cerry Short and Allan Dedarco as a competent person on the screen.
yet she still had no idea what she was doing. for the time she was on the screen unassisted what weapons travelled through is your guess.
yet it was now due to Hayleys Bullying that she now all of a sudden had no idea what her job was,, how about guilt of knowing she was not up to the task.
then there was the breach of her confidentuality, that had nothing to do with hayley, Lovia had confided in a number of people that she thought hayley was a bully, guess who the first one she told was, "Cerry Short" this name will arrise many times throughout this matter.
i was informed by one of Cerrys close friends of the matter and informed Hayley what i had heard.
but the missing bit is this two weeks earlier i was informed by a ISS Security gurad the was trying to be sack by the name of BOSSA, that ISS management had intent on attacking Hayley,
which is why i was so atuned to listening to what people were saying.
and true to the word BOSSA was right, i was then informed that SUE MACKIE was asked "who do you like better Hayley Fabe or Yassman Armstrong,
the moment she answered yassman, the hunt began on Hayley, Yassman was transfered to Jetstar,,
and the battle field was now in motion, Neil Pitkin under a lawful Grievance and in a complete conflict of interest went on a personal vandetta to attack hayley, he comenced his attack by demanding that staff put in writing there complaints about Hayley, and like in a fixed horse race Hayley would be the loosing horse at any cost.
The complaints as seen under the heading ISS Staff Need To Know heading the complaints are writen word for word, but the real complaints can be seen in the photo gallery.
the complaints as fruitless as they are, demonstrate that ISS Security Management had an agenda, and the fact that Neil Pitkin stated in the commission that Hayley was one of there best in there top ten team members, also supported by LHMU John McMullach letter to ISS Security Management.
coupled with the fact none of the said victims lodged there complaint until after Hayley lodged her stage one grievances is another fact that no one has tested.
Allan dedarco stated in his statement that he would use the word "Kaffer" in Hayleys presence, butr claimed it was not against her, yet as hayley is south African and Kaffer is a word of offensive meaning, who else would he be refering to, Hayleys complaint against Allan Dedarco was not only he called her a Kaffer but a Kaffer lover as well, as her son is also of south Africian decent.
But ISS Management did not address this issue did they, In fact Allan Dedarco was on the panel of management that stood Hayley down.
Allan resigned from ISS late 2006. ISS claim it has nothing to do with this matter..
lets pray Allan Dedarco restains his racist comments in his new employement.

I have been slandered attacked and defamed, I have lost my career and my home, all for you as your humble employee with the Australian Federal Police,
I have tried the lawful process of having ISS Security CEO Charles Blinkworth some I believe you know, charge with obstruction, but instead the Australian federal Police use me as a pawn to score a deal with ISS Security in a contract.
