Grievence Officer Neil Pitkin. ex forces, resigned January 7th 1 week prior to the Australian Federal Police investigation started, and 6 months befor the QIRC matter against Hayley was initiated,
neil not only acted in a conflict of interest but he also decided and refered the private investgator to spy on Hayley, he claims he did not know them, so how would he and why would he refer some one he can not vouch for,

On 9th June 2006 ISS Security Grievance and risk manager Neil Pitkin recieved a stage one grievance against him from ISS employee Hayley Fabe.
Niel Pitkin was the then ISS SECURITY PTY LTD GRIENECE $ RISK MANAGER, Neil Pitkin previously worked with Diamond Investigations, Niel Pitkin resided aout 25 mins north of Brisbane, his tasks was to head hunt the lawful people so that the incompetence was covered up.
Neil had subjected Hayley by standing to one side and constantly watching her while talking to Simon Haddlington and Allan Dedarco,
If any one knows of Niel Pitkins new employer please blog this site and i will personally attend the new employers place of bussiness and protest against the one known as Neil Pitkin and force him to come out of is hidding and be accountable for his criminal actions even if the Australian federal Police wont prosocute him it does not mean he is innocent.

Hayley lodged a second grievence against Cerry Short for workplace bullying. Cerrty short had issues with Hayley for a long time but as she was very good friends with Simon Haddlington and Allan Dedarco, she was assisted in every way to cover up her failings, ISS Management would never address the concerns around Cerry short,
Staff have made many references to the calls made by Cerry that demonstrate her inability as a trainer, this was further highlighted by the statement of Alla Dedarco where he states Cerry was a paraniod person. some one clearly fit for raining new people.
Cerry short was also seen to procure people to complain about Hayley and advise them to be careful around her as she will bully you.
Yet Cerry has been untouchable from the beginning.
Cerry short is an ex police officer so she claims, there are as we speak current invetigations looking into her claims,
why she chose to ditch a career in law enforcement to chase the most distinguished life style as a security guard is something to spike any persons interest.
Hayley lodged a third grievance against Lovia Muller, a person who admitted she had no idea of how to do her job, Yet protected again by ISS management..
some weeks sfter hayley had been removed Lovia asked the site supervisor Ben Powell if she could have assistance on the screen as she had no idea what she was looking at,
Lovia had been assisted and accredited by Cerry Short and Allan Dedarco as a competent person on the screen.
yet she still had no idea what she was doing. for the time she was on the screen unassisted what weapons travelled through is your guess.
yet it was now due to Hayleys Bullying that she now all of a sudden had no idea what her job was,, how about guilt of knowing she was not up to the task.
then there was the breach of her confidentuality, that had nothing to do with hayley, Lovia had confided in a number of people that she thought hayley was a bully, guess who the first one she told was, "Cerry Short" this name will arrise many times throughout this matter.
i was informed by one of Cerrys close friends of the matter and informed Hayley what i had heard.
but the missing bit is this two weeks earlier i was informed by a ISS Security gurad the was trying to be sack by the name of BOSSA, that ISS management had intent on attacking Hayley,
which is why i was so atuned to listening to what people were saying.
and true to the word BOSSA was right, i was then informed that SUE MACKIE was asked "who do you like better Hayley Fabe or Yassman Armstrong,
the moment she answered yassman, the hunt began on Hayley, Yassman was transfered to Jetstar,,
and the battle field was now in motion, Neil Pitkin under a lawful Grievance and in a complete conflict of interest went on a personal vandetta to attack hayley, he comenced his attack by demanding that staff put in writing there complaints about Hayley, and like in a fixed horse race Hayley would be the loosing horse at any cost.
The complaints as seen under the heading ISS Staff Need To Know heading the complaints are writen word for word, but the real complaints can be seen in the photo gallery.
the complaints as fruitless as they are, demonstrate that ISS Security Management had an agenda, and the fact that Neil Pitkin stated in the commission that Hayley was one of there best in there top ten team members, also supported by LHMU John McMullach letter to ISS Security Management.
coupled with the fact none of the said victims lodged there complaint until after Hayley lodged her stage one grievances is another fact that no one has tested.
Allan dedarco stated in his statement that he would use the word "Kaffer" in Hayleys presence, butr claimed it was not against her, yet as hayley is south African and Kaffer is a word of offensive meaning, who else would he be refering to, Hayleys complaint against Allan Dedarco was not only he called her a Kaffer but a Kaffer lover as well, as her son is also of south Africian decent.
But ISS Management did not address this issue did they, In fact Allan Dedarco was on the panel of management that stood Hayley down.
Allan resigned from ISS late 2006. ISS claim it has nothing to do with this matter..

I have been slandered attacked and defamed, I have lost my career and my home, all for you as your humble employee with the Australian Federal Police,
I have tried the lawful process of having ISS Security CEO Charles Blinkworth some I believe you know, charge with obstruction, but instead the Australian federal Police use me as a pawn to score a deal with ISS Security in a contract.

I seek from you, your personal attention to this matter, I have fought ISS lawyers in the supreme court on my own and have had them attack me for three years with out provocation.

will you as the priminister of this country stand for me and all ISS security Management have hurt defamed and attacked. will you hold the unlawful actions of this company to task,
